A Uncap one end of the cable by pulling the cap with little force, then unscrew the both handles and then slide the cable out.

Was looking for a more durable jump rope to workout with other than the old school fabric rope. This looked like a good choice and ordered it.
I was very impressed with my choice. There are two wire ropes coated with plastic and comes and with the handles separate from the ropes. This is so I could shorten the ropes if they are too long. Once you determine the lengths you just cut the rope ends and lock it up with hand-turning-screw. The ropes swivel quite well in the handle ends and are quite light weight and are very smooth operating. I am very happy with my choice in this purchase.

The rope is made from plastic sheathed steel rope rather than solid plastic like the cheap ones. The rope is smaller diameter and heavier (in a good way) and doesn’t kink like my old $5 jump rope did. This jump rope is pretty sturdy; I feel like I could toss it on the ground without fear of it breaking. It comes with two ropes, one as spare I believe. Overall I’m very pleased.

One of the best speed ropes I have ever used! Great for single unders, double unders, and even triple unders. The rope is smooth and very fast and has enough weight to give you momentum on your swings. It is super nice that it comes with a spare rope and all replacement hardware. In all it is a fantastic product!
