Yes, we provide free delivery to any DOOR ADDRESSES in Hong Kong for any sizes of purchase from this online shop, NO extra postage or shipping fee needed even you buy only one item.  (Assuming delivery address is a door address that private vehicles can reach in day time without the need for special permit, and no climbing any stairs is needed, OTHERWISE you may be asked to pay extra porter fee by our delivery contractor)

DELIVERY TO ANYWHERE IN HONG KONG?
Yes, we deliver your purchase to any DOOR ADDRESSES in Hong Kong. On the checkout page, please write down an address where there is someone to answer the door between 9am and 6pm, Mon-Sat, so HK Post or SF Express can hand-deliver the equipment to you or your representative. (Assuming delivery address is a door address that private vehicles can reach without the need for special permit in day time, and no climbing  any stairs is needed, OTHERWISE you might be asked to pay extra porter fee by our delivery contractor)
I PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID ALREADY, IS MY ORDER BEING ATTENDED TO? SHOULD I CALL?
After placing your order online, in addition to an instant automatic email response, on or before the next business day you will also receive a man-written email from us confirming your order, payment (if paid) and delivery day range (usually 5  working days). Calling us is not necessary although we are always happy to listen to your questions and talk to you in details over the phone if you want.
WHO IS GOING TO DELIVER MY PURCHASE?

I DO NOT HAVE ANYONE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Joinfit understands that if waiting anxiously for a delivery at home in a time-tight, schedule-rushing or labor costing manner could be a very disappointing experience. If delivering to work address is not an option, we suggest if your residence has a concierge or security post, please ask them to do you a favor by signing off, receiving, keeping and later passing the parcel(s) to you in case no one answers the door when delivery, in this way you can stay relaxed and enjoy using our equipment happily when they arrive in our promised delivery period (4 to 5 working days in this COVID-19 outbreak situation).
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Under the current corona virus outbreak situation in Hong Kong, delivery time is usually in  5 WORKING days, REMOTE or HARD-TO-REACH areas in Hong Kong may take 1 to 2 ADDITIONAL days.Since the first virus outbreak incident was reported at a commercial gym in Hong Kong on 19 March 2019 and now HKSAR has decided to pose a 14 day ban on commercial gyms, our delivery contractors have often faced backlog jams and manpower shortages, yet more than 90% of our shipments have still been made on time,  however should one to two day delay happen to your shipment, we would appreciate your understanding, all the couriers and delivery professionals are actually making sacrifices to keep our city running now, please show some love to them.

REMOTE AREAS :  includes but not necessarily only all islands, Ma Wan, Aberdeen、Happy Valley、Mid Levels (West, Central & East)、 Tung Chung、Airport, Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung.
HARD-TO-REACH premises : includes but not necessarily only all sub-urb villages, schools, universities, hospitals, shopping malls and arcades.

For other countries, shipping time varies from 4 to 20 days depending on choice of courier and weight of shipment.

HOW DO YOU COUNT DELIVERY DAYS DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK PERIOD?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order the day it is received whenever possible. All items in our online shop are in-stock at our warehouses and available for immediate shipment.

Normal (90% of the time) non-remote-area delivery schedule in Hong Kong: (we count WORKING DAYS)  If your payment is received and we get notified BEFORE:
3pm on Mon  – delivery on Thursday/Friday
3pm on Tue   – delivery on Friday/Saturday
3pm on Wed  – delivery on Monday/Tuesday
3pm on Thu   – delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday
3pm on Fri     – delivery on Wednesday/Thursday
3pm on Sat     – delivery on Friday

Add more days if your delivery address is in remote or hard-to-reach area, or according to length of public holidays and bad weather, if any.

CAN I ASK YOU TO DELIVER AT EXACTLY “xx”pm ON “yy” th DAY OF THE MONTH?
No sorry, we can only assure that your delivery will be made in a DAY RANGE, (usually in 4 to 5 working days during COVID-19 outbreak )after receiving your payment, no specific delivery time can be promised ahead.
