Joinfit can take your credit card payment from anywhere around the world through PayPal or Stripe, the best secured online payment gateways in the world,  your payment security is very well protected and you don’t need an account with PayPal or Stripe at all
Do I need an account with PayPal or Stripe to pay with my Credit Card?
No, what you need to do is just check “Pay with my credit card” on our checkout page , you will still be protected by PayPal’s or Stripe’s online anti-fraud security system even if  you do not have an account with them.
Here are some of the ways that PayPal and Stripe protect your information:

How to pay, if not credit card? (only for Hong Kong)

 

1 – FUND TRANSFER WITH AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE (ATM)
•    After sending in your purchase order to us online, you will receive an email showing our bank account number.
•    You could choose to transfer money to our Hang Seng Bank account from any HSBC or Hang Seng ATM. (In Hong Kong, funds in HSBC and Hang Seng Bank accounts are inter-transferable on their ATM platforms.
•    Please take a digital picture of the payment slip and then WHATSAPP to +852-51258243 or EMAIL it to info@joinfit.hk  with your order number. We will ship your purchase out after your payment clears in our bank account.
•    Our trading currency is Hong Kong Dollar
2 – DEPOSIT CASH AT ANY HANG SENG BANK
•    After sending in your purchase order to us online, you will receive an email showing our bank account number.
•    You could choose to bank your cash payment into our bank account at any Hang Seng bank counter.
•    Please take a digital picture of the payment slip and then WHATSAPP to +852-51258243 or EMAIL it to info@joinfit.hk with your order number. We will ship your purchase out after your payment clears in our bank account.
•    Our trading currency is Hong Kong Dollar.
3 – CASH CHECK
•    After sending in your purchase order to us online, you will receive an email showing our bank account and business name.
•    You could choose to drop a cash check into the Express Check Box at any Hang Seng Bank, or you could post the check to 1707 New Venture, 18 Lam Tin Street, Kwai Chung.  Please write your order number on the back of the check.
•    We will ship your purchase out after your money successfully clears in our bank account.
•    Our trading currency is Hong Kong Dollar
4 – PayPal
•    If you have a PayPal account, you could follow the “Credit Card via PayPal” payment route in our checkout system, what you need to do differently than credit card payment is to later click “Pay with PayPal”  instead of “Pay with Credit Card” on the first PayPal page.
•    Our trading currency is Hong Kong Dollar.
CAN I PAY WITH HSBC ONLINE BANKING OR HANG SENG E-BANKING?
We always try to convince clients not to use online or e-banking  because in the past much dispute have come up stemming from that fact that online transfer will take your fund away from your bank account immediately once you press the ENTER button, making you think that money is already in Joinfit’s bank account right away, however the fact is that we will not get your payment until at least 24 hours to 48 hours later.

Also 2 out of 5 times our clients mis-write our beneficiary name or account number by mistake, making the payment run a few day round trip around the banking system without touching our bank account at all while the clients insist their payments were already made and demand immediate product arrival, unfortunately not until 5 to 6 days later they will find out that their funds got bounced back to their bank account and only then they realize that the transfer didn’t succeed at all.

Also some other clients always forget to send us NET payment, without clicking “Payee pays all bank and admin charges”.

Given all the above reasons, we ask you NOT to pay us with e-banking or online banking.

However If anyway  e-banking or online banking is the only way you can use to pay us, please make sure you:
a – check all the “fee” options correctly, let us receive net invoice value instead of making us pay any bank charges.
b – input our beneficiary details correctly alphabet by alphabet and number by number according to the email that will be sent to you after your placing an order with us online.
c – don’t press the “Post-date Transfer” button by mistake, press the “Transfer Now” button instead.

If online fund transfer is all correctly done, your payment will clear in our bank account the next day or as late as 48 hours later, please be patient in this period, we will surely ship your purchase out after your payment clears in our bank account.
