Great service, fast delivey. I squeeze these while concentrating at work, and very quickly moved up to the 40lb resistance, which has helped with my weight lifting grip strength. It also helps with fidgeting needs 🙂

They are good enough for what they are for; the cost is certainly positive. My only desire is for them to be larger in size.

These grip strengtheners are difficult to use to improve hand strength in an injured hand. I think they are good when you are healthy and only want to be stronger. Their shape compresses on itself and digs into your fingers. Calluses are almost a certainty. You cannot stretch them outwards with only my injured fingers, or at least I cannot. I can only save it for later after I am fully recovered

Purchased for my fathers rehab post-stroke. He doesn’t easily drop them cuz the ring structure, easy to clean and love the colors!

If you are looking for a nice set of hand strengtheners, these rings are a good choice to consider.
Because these are rings and not typical balls, you can also put a couple of fingers from two hands through the center and pull. You can also pinch them and push out from the inner ring with a couple of fingers on the same hand. Usually you just get the squeeze option, much more to try, here. They are fun to use while you build hand strength. While you don’t get an instruction sheet in the kit, it would be nice, you do see a lot of related instructional videos on Youtube.
All in all it’s a nice hand exercise set and you widget good use out of it. I do recommend them and find the quality of the product very good.
