I love this mat the 8mm thick padding on our wood flooring gives my body the support it needs. It’s not hard to pivot your feet or slide your hands going from one pose to the next, in fact it makes it easier having durability and the stickiness to keep you in place.
This mat is easy to wipe down and roll up, doesn’t take up space and it’s lightweight. I love that I can take it anywhere because it has straps to hold it together, plus the 2 tone color is nice just flip to any side your in the mood for.

This yoga mat is double layered, and have the right thickness so that I feel very comfortable in using it. Both sides are non-slip so very good using experience! In addition, the string comes together with the mat makes it really helpful in packing and carrying to gym.

I’ve used a cheap 4mm mat for Bikram yoga on and off for 2 years, and it needed replacing. Was looking for something with more padding, and went with this one. Initial impressions after 4 classes are very positive. Great looking, well built, and very comfortable. I use a BREATHE mat/towel on top, so can’t really talk to slipperiness – the combination works really well. I was a little nervous that the extra thickness would make me less stable in the standing series. My balance is pretty poor to start with, but I haven’t noticed any difference. Where I have noticed a difference is how much more comfortable it is for the floor series – so much nicer.

I LOVE this mat! I did a lot of research before choosing this yoga mat. I used it last night for the first time and was very happy with how smooth it was, but there was NO slipping at all. It has a perfect amount of padding for yoga on a hard wood floor. Much better than my other mat. The quality seems very high for the price. No plastic smell when I opened the package. I unrolled it and left it out overnight. It flattens out beautifully. This is a great yoga mat for my practice!

This mat was just what I needed for my boot camp. Both sides are grippy and anti-slid, so it won’t slide while exercising. I also love the size. I was able to fit comfortably instead of my feet hanging off. It’s also not too bulky to carry around especially after a hard workout.

I bought this mat for its two eyelets , I punched two holes and stick two hooks in the wall and I could simply hang the mat on the wall everytime I finish using it, save much time rolling and unrolling also easy to clean and air dry the mat. The extra thickness made a world of difference. I can sit and be on my knees comfortably now. Balancing is slightly harder on this mat but worth it to me. I recommend getting this mat.
