This is a great mat! I’m just starting out with Yoga and was kind of grossed out about using the mats the studio had so I scoured Google for days trying to figure out which mat would be best. I’ve used this mat for two weeks and neither the mat or I move during the hour long vinyasa class. I feel very comfortable on it. There is no smell and the grip is strong, recommend!

I bought this mat to provide extra cushioning for both yoga and floor exercises when I don’t also have a carpet beneath me, and I really like it. It’s only the second mat I’ve ever had (the other is 8mm thickness, too bulky to carry around), but I love the way it provides gentle-but-firm support for my pelvis when I’m lying prone, as well as my knees; I can actually focus on the important parts of my form and intensity instead of worrying that even a slight change might cause discomfort or even pain.

I wanted a thinner mat than the bulky one I was using before and this one did not disappoint, though its thinner , its cushioning is even better . I like it that it opens dead-flat on the floor every time I unroll it. The slate blue color is really vibrant.

It’s a thinner 5mm yoga mat, compared to the expensive other one I have. But it doesn’t slide all over the floor like the other one. And, I stack it on top of the very expensive one for a nice cushiony experience when I’m doing something a little more high impact. I’ve used it multiple times a week since I got it, doesn’t show any signs of wear and tear.

This mat is great! I thought a mat was a mat and bought a very cheap one to start trying yoga – but it was terrible.
This mat is thick enough and nice, my knees don’t hurt really during poses that would make them ache with the old mat – but not so thick that I wobble or anything. I don’t slide at all, either.
I got the marbled blue one and its very pretty. No weird smell. Great mat, highly recommend!
