This is absolutely perfect for whatever I needed a barbell for. I can do bench press, biceps, triceps, shrugs, military press, etc…
Great quality! Kinda pricey though. Yes, I strongly recommend it if you can afford!

Definitely a major go, the built quality is extremely sturdy and it feels exactly like 30kg .Not flimsy scrap metal put together from other cheap online stores, invest with this company worth every penny.
