Description
Sleeved Resistance Tube by Joinfit Pro comes in 4 different resistance options and the high grade rubber tube is wrapped in an outer sleeve, making each power tube a remarkable training product because the resistance remains constant even when the band makes contact with you.
The Power Tube is a great alternative to Stroops Slastix and is a versatile training tool, allowing for the performance of a wide variety of exercises to target the main muscle groups: chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, and legs. The nature of the resistance also generally poses a much lower injury risk comparative to traditional free-weight (barbell and dumbbell) exercises.
