Description
The Joinfit resistance exercise bands are ideal for building upper and lower body strength for rehabilitation or fitness. Whether building strength after shoulder or knee surgery or improving athletic performance, our bands, tubing and corresponding resistance exercise programs can be easily and economically used for any exercise program.
The progressive resistance of our products parallels the basic concepts of building strength and mobility. As each level is mastered, the resistance can be increased with ability. The use of elastic resistance rather than weight-bearing exercises minimizes pressure on the joints and decreases the possibility of incurring other injuries. They can be used while traveling, sitting at home or even in the office.

I am a home health Occupational Therapist and resistance bands are absolutely essential in my therapy bag that I bring into every client’s home. I prescribe each of my patients with a home exercise program that usually has both a strengthening and stretching component. This set of bands are a higher quality, thicker band than the typical theraband product you find in rehab clinics. Each band is sufficiently long enough for both leg and arm exercises (2.5m meters!). There are five colors of bands, each with a different level of difficulty spanning from light to hard so patients can exercise with the proper band based on their function and strength. I prefer resistance bands instead of weights for safety given the majority of my clients are elderly with varying levels of cognition, strength, and balance. There is no risk of dropping a weight and injuring yourself with resistance bands and they have the capability of being tied around a wheelchair or chair arm for seated single arm exercises. I highly recommend these bands for home exercise programs…they are thick and durable bands that should last me a long time.

Needed at home PT bands. While these are not the same color scale, they do the job. 5 strength long bands so you can even step on them or wrap around hands. Can’t speak long term to sturdiness but so far they have worked perfectly. They stretch with a snap back, I don’t “smell” on my hands while using it after. Included are 5 strength bands individually wrapped. Nicely done.

I had been going to physical therapy for shoulder bone spurs. I used this type of resistance band at therapy and really liked how easy it was to use compared to other resistance straps I have used in the past. Super easy and can be cut to a length that best works for your needs. My sessions are over and now I just self treat at home so having these bands is great for my home routine. Definitely recommend.

I bought this 5 pc bargain pack – not knowing how sturdy this would during PT. Well, I have only used 3 of the 5 and it has held up very well. It’s long and wide enough for any exercise I have been assigned. Great purchase!

I like to carry a resistance band or two for interval training while I run. The bands are wide and strong, the bands are long enough to double or triple fold for greater resistance. I am very pleased with my purchase so far. I think they will last a long time.
