The Tri Grip weight plates offer a unique and very functional Grip series of integrated hand grips in all plates ranges from 1.25 to 25kg. Three gripping slots allow access from all sides for easy pick up and transport. The Tri Grip Olympic plate means added weight room safety and ease of use for users.
Available Individual Sizes (sold as a SINGLE, buy TWO to get a pair):
- 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, or 25 kg.
- 1.25 & 2.5kg plate do not have gripping holes.

A Bodypump bar is only 26mm diameter, these weight plates center hole is 50mm , they dont fit.

I needed some additional 5 kg weights for my home gym. These looks a little different than normal weights, but I decided to order 2 and they arrived the 3 days later. I was impressed as the matted finished has a nice feel to it allowing for better grip than traditional coated weights. No bad smell and the coating is absolutely scratch-resistant. The lettering are not painted on but raised inserts so it should look nice for the long run. Traditional weights has a complete raised outer ring, this design is actually better as the break in the raised section make it easier to hold the weight. Thinking about slowly replacing my old sets with this brand and style.

This product was perfect for my 50mm diameter olympic bar. Received my plates sooner than original date and great packaging.The price was much better than what it would have cost elsewhere, plates are overall solid and the grip on them are dead on, the coating is the same as those expensive competition bumper plates. Wonder ful value for money, recommend!

I really love the grip part, these things can be used in a variety of alternative exercises. They’re easy to move around due to the grip and gentle urethane surface. These are exactly what I wanted for my home gym setup…which is just a section of living room in an apartment. Yes, they’re MORE expensive, BUT if you’ve handled raw iron or low grade rubber plates before, you know how easily even a tiny hard edge can rip up your hands and leave your hands will bad rubber smell – no worries with these.
