I found this wheel after seeing an online ad for a much more expensive version of the same thing. Luckily it occurred to me to search on Google to see if there were other options and I selected this one based on it’s great rating. This was a great purchase and I’m really glad I chose to go with this one. I immediately used and loved it, but what makes the case for it even more is that my usually indifferent husband also immediately tried and loved it. I now catch him using it to crack his spine and roll out his back constantly. We both agree this is a great device and worth investing in. If you are deliberating between this one and anything more pricy, just know this is a solid option.

I was looking for a yoga wheel to increase my back flexibility and help with back pain. I’ve had this for a bit and I use it a few times a day. My back pain has greatly improved I have a long way to go to increase my flexibility and really reduce my back pain but this is a great start. The wheel is very sturdy and I have no doubt that it will support my weight. This was a great purchase!

The wheel came fast and packaged nicely! Right away when the order was shipped I received an email about shipment arrangement. The Wheel is extremely sturdy and the foam on the outside is a perfect blend that sticks to the floor so it doesn’t roll away and softness so it doesn’t hurt my back.I also love that it came with a carry strap!

When unboxing this tool I immediately started using it and watching YouTube tutorials on the wheel and let me tell you this is the truth!!!
I have yoga blocks and I don’t use them as much as I probably should when I practice, but this wheel is so different. The spine massage with this will stop you from going to a massage therapist because using you weight rolling back and forth will have you feeling brand new. Also I did some shoulder stretches and I feel so loose after using this wheel. Honestly I thought that I was buying another gimmick that would be tucked away in the exercise graveyard (closet) but I can say that I will be using this daily for not only self massages but in general to help my yoga practice. Very sturdy structure, no bad smell, great looks! I am very satisfied with this purchase.
